As Irene finished with her past, Juvia used re-quip magic, she was her future self who learned all magic from her deceased friends. She then charged up to Irene and stabbed her, but it didn't work. The battle went as it went before, but it was Juvia who took down the meteor. She felt so relieved that she could help her friends. As the battle ended, Juvia passed out and went back to her old self. Time passed to when they were fighting Acnologia and Gray saw a passed out Juvia. "Gray can I trust you to take care of Juvia for me," Erza asked Gray. "Of course you can," Gray said without hesitation.
