Today was the UA sports festival, where all students of UA from the heroes to general studies get a chance to show off their quirks to heroes, if students from the hero course gets a heroes attention, they could possibly spend their internship with them, 1-A and the other classes were waiting for the festival to start, that was when one of them noticed todoroki's new personality
Tsuyu: um guys, have you noticed todoroki's new........personality kero
The others turn to see shoto smiling and looking happy
Mina: yeahhhhhh, know that you mention it, he barely smiles ever, wonder what's got him so excited?
Midnight: AND NOW TO MAKE THEIR ENTRANCE, UA'S MOST PRESTIGIOUS CLASS, 1-A
The class marched out as the crowd cheered, but one cheer was louder than the rests

The games began, all of them were fighting for first place, especially three of them

The students raced each other for the first section of the festival, shoto and bakugou were neck and neck until shoto freezes him, making him first as katsuki got second, as more students came, momo had came somewhere to last all tried

She turns to see mineta on her back

Momo slams him into the ground and starts to pummel him
Momo: YOU BASTARD! I WAS SUPPOSED TO WIN FOR DARLING!
After the whole attempted murder scene, they had a calvary battle, where 3 people carry the one with the score and try to steal from the others, shoto went into a defensive position as katsuki fought his way to win, momo just created a gatling gun and attacked mineta's team, soon came the one on one tournament, everyone fought hard but eventually it all came to three of them left, the three that fought for their dead friend
Midnight: Looks like it's a triple threat!
Momo was the first one to be eliminated by the two males as they faced each other
Todoroki: so.......your the one who took my friend away from me
Katsuki: YOUR!? DON'T YOU MEAN MINE!
Todoroki started to use his fire, shocking everyone with the heat
Shoto: You were never his friend, so I shall avenge him from your choices
His flames nearly melted the walls as katsuki could barely dodge without getting burned a bit, shoto than surrounded the arena with ice as he looks at katsuki with anger
Shoto: this move was made by izuku, BOILING WATER!
His flames melted the ice and the water started to boil, katsuki had to use his explosions to hover, but the heat had gotten him as he starts to lose consciousness, shoto evaporates the water as katsuki fell to the ground
Midnight: SHOTO TODOROKI IS OUR WINNER!
After a few minutes of recovering, the three stood on their podiums as all might dropped down from the sky, right before all might could give shoto the medal, a sadistic laugh was heard, they all looked up to see the same blue haired freak that attacked the USJ
Shigiraki: I'M BACK, WITH MORE FRIENDS!
Portals opened as nomus came out and wrecked havoc on them, all the heroes attending got up and fought the nomus, the new no.2 hero, Best jeanist, fought along side all might and the new no.10 hero ryuku, but they were outmatched by the strength and speed of the nomus, even the three couldn't stand up against them with their powers combined, that was when all electrical devices started to glitch and showed a name with a familiar mask
Anonymous: Hello world officials, heroes, villains and civilians, I shall not tell my name or my location but I can tell you one thing, L.O.V may have the power to stop the heroes, but that's because they were fighting something they can physically touch
A new mask covered his as he starts to psychopathicly laugh

All the nomus started to scream in pain as they all turned to the blue haired villain

All the nomus started to charge at him, and scaring the shit out of him the two villains wrapped away, the nomus soon started to tear each other apart, all the heroes cover their ears from the screeching, after it died down they looked around, guts, blood, brain matter anything in a body everywhere, that was they saw a figure standing on the roof of the stadium
???: My friends may not tell their names, but I will tell mine, I am the one who can see all and kill all, I am.......spectre
Explosions could be heard everywhere corner of the city, towers burning down and people running for their lives
Spectre: We're not heroes or villains, vigilantes wouldn't fit us either, we are........anti-heroes
He starts to hover above the ground before flying off, leaving the heroes to put out the fire and save lives in their tired stat
