A/N: I've been updating the book slow and for that I am so, so sorry (◞‸◟ㆀ) Quarantine has been rubbing off me and I am still finding a new story arc/potential conflict to come in Aidelsa's way. I am really thirsty for some action and fantasy. Another reason why I was updating like a turtle is that I've been working on the new cover which you can see up close now:

Placing Elsa in the new cover is easy as pie, but the snowgies on the right took me almost two hours to properly cut out and cover other flaws

Placing Elsa in the new cover is easy as pie, but the snowgies on the right took me almost two hours to properly cut out and cover other flaws. Did the new cover turn out great or bad, though?

By the way, in this chapter, I am not talking about Corona, the current pandemic. I am talking about Rapunzel's kingdom. It is merely a coincidence the virus and the sunny kingdom are named the same way.

Anyway, here is my make up gift for you guys 🙈🧡

"Did it hurt?"

Elsa at first couldn't distinguish the sudden question her husband popped out in an irrelevant moment where their small family of four just gathered there atop the trimmed grass with handcrafted daisy crowns adorning each head, not a care in the world as blissful smiles tugged on their lips so heartily.

"What do you mean?" She adjusted the delicate handicraft on her almost three month old daughter's head, smiling in return once she found a mutual gummy one plastered on the young princess's face.

Little Aria carried an aura of merriment wherever corner she goes, every member of the Royal Family tends to find it not only enrapturing, but also impressive since the infant always manages to make Count Peter speechless whenever he comes by the personal nursery.

"When I was away at sea, when I was drowning. You sensed what was occurring with me quite painfully, didn't you?" Aiden's smile was somehow sad.

Elsa frowned a bit, looking down on her daughter's vivid eyes vacantly. "It was better than being clueless of what was happening to you."

"Describe what you felt," Aiden sighed, slightly holding his son tighter, "Please, Elsa. I just can't believe you didn't tell me about this."

"Well, I didn't have to," She vaguely retorted, "And fine. Sure, it was indeed painful, with my chest feeling like it's tightening and my breaths becoming shorter and shallow, but I don't care," She assertively clarified.

"I just can't believe it, I managed to hurt you... without me even being around. I never wanted to hurt you, I will never do."

"Fate is fate, Aiden," Elsa argued, "There are times you have to risk yourself for the better. No matter the consequences."

"And one of those risks is hurting you," He sadly concluded.

"Aiden, I can get hurt for all I care. If it means to have the honor to save you, the pain is nothing. I even think it's a remarkable privilege."
