Ashton has always been protective over you. He doesn't like it when the other boys go near you. He knows you wouldn't cheat on him, especially with one of his band mates but it makes him so mad to see you near them when he's not around.
You were really tired from the long day you had. You walked into Ashton's house and he wasn't there. Luke was sitting on the couch when you walked in the door. "Hey, Luke, have you seen Ashton anywhere?" You ask him. "No, not at all, he left to go shopping for a few things 20 minutes ago so i'm pretty sure that's where he is now! Is everything okay, Y/N? You seem a little sad." He says. "Ugh, not really, I just had a long day today and I've been really stressed. I came over here to see if he could help take my mind of things!" You confess to him. "If it's okay, maybe I can help?" He asks. "Of course!" You say. You walk over to sit next to Luke on the couch who's playing a video game. "I ordered pizza! It should be here soon, wanna play this game with me?" He asks, handing you a controller. "Of course, I don't know how to play good though." You tell him. A couple of minutes later the pizza comes and you and Luke play the video game whilst eating pizza. You guys laugh and talk for a while then all of a sudden, Ashton walks in the door. "What is going on in here?" He yells. "What is your problem, Ash?" You yell back as you stand up. "Oh, well I didn't know I'd walk into my girlfriend cuddling with my bestfriend!" He yells louder at you. "Woah, Ashton, calm down, we weren't cuddling." Luke throws his hands up as he steps back. "Stay out of it Luke!" Ashton shouts. "Babe, we weren't doing anything I promise!" You say as tears form in your eyes. "Then explain what I just saw, Y/N!" He says. "Look, I came over to see you because I had a rough day, you weren't here so Luke asked if he could try and make me feel better! We both played a video game and ate pizza. I was crying so I laid my head on his shoulder and then he put his arm around me, but that's it! He was there for me when you obviously weren't, Ashton!" You yell at him. "Okay, but a simple text to say you were coming would have been fine!" Ashton says. "Dude, she was hurt!" Luke calls out. "Okay, I get it but if you told me, I would've came back home as soon as possible." Ashton says. "I'm sorry, Ashton, I know I should've said something but I wasn't thinking. You're usually there, I mean this is your house." "I know, I'm sorry, too, Y/N, for thinking you liked Luke instead of letting you explain things to me first." Ashton says. You lightly kiss him on the cheek and he wraps his arms around you. "I love you, Y/N and I'm gonna spend the rest of the day with you." Ashton whispers in your ear. I love you more, Ash. You whisper back.
