Chapter 107

She made a great sacrifice, a sacrifice that had costed her everything she's ever wanted.

It was as if every sound that escaped her mouth was set to the frequency that would shatter her heart to pieces again and again and again. She tried to ignore the cries of pain as she lay on the cold stone ground unmoving. Unblinking.

"Would you look at that, I have two Amons on their knees" Medusa laughed

Luna's eyes glanced in the woman's direction. Medusa laughed as she walked closer to the side of the room that was dark

"W-We had a d-deal Medusa" Luna stuttered

"That wasn't the deal Luna, that was to figure out if I could trust you" Medusa said

"What?!"

"I told you this, don't act like its a surprise or some Betrayal" the woman laughed

"Oh for fuck sakes, do you know what you just made me do?!"

"Oh come on child, love is nothing but a lie"

"What would you know about love?!" Luna spat

Medusa seemed to be triggered by the statement, her neck snapped around to meet the girl. Her silver eyes gawked at her

"I had love once! But it was all a lie. Love exists when we're vulnerable, desperate for any connection. Desperate for someone to share ourselves with. True love doesn't exist, you can go out and find that same love from anyone in the damn world" Medusa yelled

"You're wrong" Luna hissed

"Oh? How so?"

"I love my father. I love Aelia and I love my damn self. There's three types of love that I won't find anywhere in the world" Luna muttered

"It's better to be alone" Medusa said

"So what about Maddy? Don't you love her?" Luna asked

Medusa waved her hand over the room and the lights went even brighter. Luna's eyes finally came into contact with the other girl

"Maddy" she whispered

Maddy's hands squirmed under the chains that secured her to a chair. Her screams were nothing but muffled as they left the cloth hooked around her mouth

"Look at her, she doesn't even recognize me" Medusa sighed

"That's because your bitch ass has her tied the fuck up! Do you NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THAT" Luna yelled

"Oh hush child" Medusa rolled her eyes
"Give Maddy her powers back"

"How can I do this when you've taken mine!"

"Ah right, yes. Silly me" the woman rolled her eyes

Medusa's hands waved over the girl, the woman's eyes glowed a light shade of green as her hands aimed right at Luna, she stepped closer and placed a finger on the girl's forehead. The energy flowed through her veins and moved right through Luna. The younger girl gasped as she felt the energy enter into her own body, it was a familiar feeling that rushed right through her.

"Now, fix my daughter" Medusa ordered

Luna lowered her head, a smirk pulled right across her face. Did Medusa really expect her to follow orders after her dumbass gave her, her powers back?

Luna threw her hands right towards the woman, her eyes flickered jet black as she smirked. But nothing happened, Luna's jaw dropped when she realized her own powers had failed her.

"Do you really think I'd give you your full powers so you could use it against me? I'm offended" Medusa gasped

The woman's hand gripped the back of Luna's head as she shoved her forward. Luna hissed in pain as she collided with the side of Maddy's chair

"Give. My daughter. Her memories and power back. NOW" Medusa ordered

Her harsh grip on the back of the girl's head tighten as she pulled her hair. Luna groaned in pain as she glared at the woman.

Her hands finally placed on Maddy's head. Her eyes met the brown skinned girl who stared at her with so much pain. There was no telling what the outcome was from the next move.

What happens when Maddy gets her memories back? What happens to hell? Will Medusa just leave and let things go back to normal? It can't be, why would she even force Luna to break up with Aelia if there wasn't anything attached?

The piercing pain coursed through Maddy's head. Her eyes were fully blown with a green glow. Luna's eyes lit black, both of the girl's bodies shook as the exchange of energy came through.

Maddy felt like her skull was being cracked open slowly so the pain was unbearable and her brain tissues were being carved by the sharpest of knives to ever exist. The pain was intense, like a death by a thousand heated swords stabbing right through her brain before slicing open her flesh. Her eyes rolled back in her head as her throat locked.

Both of the girl's panted for breath the second Luna's hands released from her skin. Luna's weak body was then thrown to the floor as Medusa shoved her away to come in contact with her daughter

"Maddy! Oh God my precious girl" Medusa whined
"Can you hear me?"

Maddy's body didn't even twitch, the girl sat there almost lifeless, her eyes were closed and her pulse didn't seem to exist.

"Maddy!"
