I wish I could just hold you
Without them staring
With Disapproval and Contempt.
I wish I could kiss you
Without them judging
With their primitive thoughts.
But then I remember,
They're just Hypocrites
Who think we've tainted the world
By our mere existence.
They want to inhibit us
To just a dirty little secret
But I know better now.
For nothing in life
Is black and white
Then why should love be so?
