December 3rd, 2019.

"it's cold as fuck!" victoria rested her head on her locker, cursing under her breath for forgetting a sweater in this cold weather. stiles who was taking books out of his locker chuckled as he saw her shivering from how cold she was.

"didn't i text you before picking you up to not forget your sweater?" victoria looked up, playfully glaring at him. she knew he was right, but she was just forgetful. it wasn't her fault. "whatever, i think i can handle it for today." she faked a smile, and went to grab stiles' hand before he pulled away.

"what type of boyfriend would i be if i let you do that?" he started taking his sweater off, victoria rolling her eyes. "you'd be an awesome boyfriend either way because you're letting your badass girlfriend fight her own battles!" she tried to keep the sweater on him, but he wouldn't budge.

"nope, it's yours now!" she knew no matter what she said stiles would still make her wear it. sighing in defeat she took it from him, giving him a kiss on the cheek. "what are you gonna use?" victoria couldn't help but feel concerned for him, it wasn't fair that she would be warm and he wouldn't.

"eh i got tough skin!" he cockily smirked. "come on put it on." victoria did as told and put it on carefully to not mess up her hair. adjusting it, she twirled a bit to give him a little show. stiles chuckled and wrapped his arms around her waist.

"for the record, the sweater looks way better on you than it ever did on me." a small blush tinted victoria's cheeks. no matter how long they've been dating, it still felt like an old school crush and every compliment made her heart burst. "shut up dork." the pair closed the gap between them, their lips fitting together like a puzzle.

"gag alert!" they broke away at the sound of malia tate's voice. "hi mal" victoria said, playfully rolling her eyes. "hi vic, stiles." malia liked to tease stiles, that was their whole dynamic. "malia." he replied in the same deadpan voice.

"anywho, we should go to class!" malia said, signaling for the couple to follow her. as they walked together talking about their weekend, a beautiful blonde walked past them, entering the same class they were.

"who's that?" victoria was the first to ask. "no idea, some new girl i guess." malia shrugged not seeming that interested. the girl was beautiful but she was no competition for lydia martin. or maybe that was just her being biased.

"we should talk to her, see if she wants to join us at lunch or something." victoria wasn't the jealous type, she trusted stiles. but she couldn't help but feel a pang in her chest as he said that. maybe it was because she was intimidated by how beautiful she was or because she didn't know her. all she knew is that it was a stupid feeling, because stiles loved her.

"we should!" she spoke, deciding to agree with stiles instead of thinking about her insecurities. the three of them entered class, immediately spotting the blonde.

she was sitting alone, looking at her phone. stiles dragged victoria and malia towards her.

"hi." the girl jumped, looking up to the three. she turned her phone, blush tinting her cheeks. "hi!" she replied, trying to not seem as awkward as she felt.

"i'm victoria, this is stiles and this is malia." the brunette introduced her friends, giving the new girl a warm welcoming smile. "i'm heather." somehow she suddenly felt better and not as awkward.

her eyes immediately fell on the tall teenage boy, he was attractive and seemed nice. she would definitely love to talk to him.

"what a beautiful name!" victoria complimented, a genuine smile on her face. her worries were now gone. heather seemed like a nice girl, a girl she didn't need to worry about.

"we wanted to invite you to eat lunch with us, and a few more friends." stiles spoke, since they walked up to her, he couldn't take his eyes off her. it wasn't purposely, but something about her and charming blue eyes captivated his attention.

"oh wow, i'd love to! you guys saved me from eating alone in the bathroom like in mean girls." heather giggled, making stiles smile widely. victoria hadn't noticed and smiled as well. but malia did, and she didn't like what she was seeing.

"well, you're our friend now heather." victoria grabbed stiles' hand, pulling him to their seats. she decided to sit next to heather deciding they would be good friends. that's when heather noticed victoria and stiles weren't just friends.

malia sat on the other side of heather, she still didn't trust the whole situation but if both stiles and victoria liked her, she could to.

besides, what bad thing could heather even do?
