"So if this is parcel nine it is somewhere northeast of here" Pope said looking at the map

"Somewhere there" Kie pointed somewhere in the distance

"Right" Pope nodded

Summer just took some time to stare at John b. The wind pushed his hair lightly backwards, oh how much she wished to put her fingers in it and mess his hair.

"What?" He asked when she noticed her staring

"Nothing" Summer smile at him and sneaked an arm around his waist

They weren't trying to hide their "relationship" but it was better if their friends didn't know what exactly was happening.

"Over there? Guys, that's not Tannyhill, it's a subdivision" JJ informed

"Tannyhill plantation was the whole island" John b told him

"It just got sold into smaller pieces" Summer explained a little bit further as they all got into the van

"Okay so the road should split up here, you're gonna take a left" Pope instructed as John b drove the van

"Since when do you go in the passenger seat, S?" JJ asked the girl. It was true, she always preferred to go in the back hanging with her friends but right then she just wanted to be close to John b

"None of your business, JJ" Summer shrugged "Hey! Right there!" She pointed to the stone wall next to them

"This is it" Pope mumbled

"Not the Crain House" John B said getting right next to Summer

"Are you kidding me?" Kie exclaimed closing the van door

"Why'd it have to be here? Of all places?" Pope questioned as they all looked at the house

"I heard that Mrs. Crain buried her husbands head on the property" JJ announced

"Yeah, that's totally nice" Summer commented taking John b's hand

"Do you guys know whose house this is right?" Kie asked as they all walked through the garden

"Oh yeah, no I do" JJ said clearly scared to be there

"Honestly, I don't really believe the stories of this place" John B said as he pulled Summer closer to him

"Yeah, me--" Summer tried to talk

"Shh" Pope cut her off

"okay, rude" She turned to look at the boy with her bitch face on

"Which stories did you hear?" JJ asked his friends

"The one where she killed her husband with an axe and that's she's been holed up ever since" Kie replied

"Oh! I prefer the one which on certain nights, when the moon is full you can see her in the window" Summer said with a low voice finding it amusing scaring JJ

"No, this is not funny 'cause it's all true" JJ shook his head at the girls "I swear to God, guys, this is all real. I knew Hollis, jeez!" JJ exclaimed

"You knew Hollis Crain?" Pope asked him

"Yeah, dude" the blonde nodded

"How do you know Hollis Crain?" Summer turned to look at him as John B wrapped his arms around her from behind resting his chin on her head

"She was my babysitter, man. She told me all about it. Told me the truth about her mother and what happened in this house" JJ said looking up at the house
