There goes,
The moon.
Making way,
For the sun.Leaving its stars,
Behind.
Bringing the magic,
Of night,
To an elsewhere land. But what no one may know,
Is that there are two,
Who long to finally be.Star-crossed lovers,
Tearful flowers.
All in the name of,
Love.For she was the night,
With her everlasting grace.
And he was the day,
Who chased her away. But once they finally met,
There was this little duet.
A melody that rang,
In their hearts.
The song of their,
Beautiful love. And as fate would have it,
He was gone before a 'we' had even begun.
So a promise was born,
He would wait,
And so would she,
For neither dared to lose their hope.Little did they know...
Oh she would wait,
and she'd wait.
As the stars died,
Hoping that they'd,
Collide.So the years went by,
And without a trace,
As time slipped away.
For before she'd known,
While her heart refused to move on,
And she had said her last goodbye. Now she wait,
And she'd wait.
As the stars died,
Knowing that they'd,
Collide.- Copyrighted by A. Y. Eirlys
