Bonus chapter-Riker's birthday

I jumped out of bed super excited for today. It was Riker’s 21st! I had a shower and chucked on my nicest pair of skinny jeans and a fresh, crisply ironed R5 t shirt. I searched through my wardrobe and found the Dalton Academy blazer my good friend Darren gave me rolling up the sleeves; I then laced up my converse and brushed my hair. Dressed I left the house to go over to the Lynches.

I entered the house “hi guys where’s my birthday boy?” I asked walking into the living room “here he is” Riker said wrapping his arms around me from behind and kissing my neck, I turned round in his arms and kissed him “happy birthday” I smiled brushing the stray blonde strands out of his eyes “thanks” I stepped out from the circle of his embrace “so what are we all doing today?” I asked “oh we have R5 rehearsal” Rocky said winking at me. We had a plan that had been in the making for a while now I nodded “well come on let’s get going” we all left the house and made our way into the minivan. I sat down next to Riker and rested my head on his shoulder, he put his head on top Rydel was filming all of this for the new R5 TV “oh look at the couple being all romantic and lovey dovey” she cooed “let’s leave them while they have a moment” she turned the camera away from us and towards Rocky, Ross and Ratliff who were messing about.

We arrived at the rehearsal space and left the van grabbing the guitars from the back. We entered the space and I switched on the lights to show my band in place ready “what’s going on?” Riker asked bemused “just wait” I smiled going behind the mike, he grinned when he realised we were going to be singing him a birthday song. The boys started playing we were going to be singing Obviously by McFly a band he adored
