"So yellow or tan?" Daniel asked.

"I was thinking...we'll go with tan." I said as Daniel and I stood in the middle of the empty room that would be the baby's nursery.

"It's a perfect neutral colour." Daniel said.

"I know that way we can reuse everything again or the room for the next baby." I said.

Daniel smirked.

"Already planning for baby number two." Daniel said.

"Of course, you know I want our kids to be close in age just like you and your siblings." I said.

"Knock, knock, I'm here." Beatrice said.

Beatrice walked in to the nursery, paintbrushes in both hands, and her oldest clothes on, ready to paint away.

"Hello, Trixie." I said, hugging her.

"Hello, I'm here to help the dad to be with painting the nursery," She said, lightly tapping him with her spare paintbrush.

"Sounds like you two will have fun in here." I said.

"More like she's going to keep me in check." Daniel said.

"I'm glad you know it, Daniel, come on, the sooner we get done! The sooner we can start on the crib, the decorations, and everything else." She said.

Daniel chuckled as they began to paint.

Daniel sticking to the large areas, Beatrice keeping with the small parts, mainly the edges.

"Well, you two have fun." I said, walking out of the room.

"Ta-da!" Beatrice exclaimed as she opened the door to the nursery.

"Oh my goodness it's beautiful." I said as I entered the room.
