The horses fast
But ne'ertheless
It did well last
Much longer than they both had thought
And longer than Chechi had sought
To be away from the small town
She somehow got to call her home
And when she saw the sun sink down
Over the rooftops of her home
Her heart jumped in joy and cheer.

And they headed to town after this long while
Of being out there in the plains
And riding hard through nights and days

When Racoon's hooves touched the sand
Of BG's street for the first time in an eternity
She felt all her sorrows mend
And she felt calm sincerity
That she was home once and for all
And nothing now could send a call
For her to ride away from here.
The joy in her heart never had been so pure.
