When he touches the water his feet become a tail and he can breathe under water. He's a siren too. But it's more of a scream cuz home boy can sing but not using his quirk.
He has long hair tied into a bun and it's turquoise. His eyes are the same, his skin is pale.
His tail is a turquoise too.
Homeboy is besties with Mizumi and has a crush on her but wouldn't admit it because he saw she was happy with the idiot child, Rei, and didn't wanna ruin it. (Me starting a ship war with my ocs.) he worked with Tsu and Mizumi was like 0-0
He's very sweet and kind. He worked as a lifeguard when he was in middle school (3rd year).
