Hikari is dead, why? I didn't like her name and wanted to fix her up a bit. She's based off of Millie O'Connell, and her name is from both her and Millie Hoffman. I like to think Mic loves English music and named his daughter after SonReal's daughter and the Six Queen, Millie.

Out of all my chaotic ocs, she falls in the Milliesquad. Insane, childish, and memey ocs belong there. Millie, Hokari, Spencer, and more ocs are going to be in this squad.
Millie's life motto is 'when you doodoo on yourself. And I stand by that.'
I'm actually proud of her.
Her quirk is Banshee. There are good banshees and bad banshees, she has a choice between a screech that makes people deaf, her second choice is making a person unconscious, a more merciful way to be put out. I didn't put thought into her lol.
