Umm so my family haven't really misgendered me, they've sort of avoided gendering me altogether. Its a bit awkward but its better than being misgendered i guess...
but i misgendered myself today:(
If you misgender yourself thats fine and you're still completely valid as a trans/enby person, and it can be quite hard after you've come out to get used to being able to use your proper name and pronouns, but that doesnt make you any less valid
anyway we made popcorn and i was eating it in the living room with my bro and mum. i gobbled mine up so i asked my brother if i could have some of his. he said no, of course, so i was like "not even for your favourite sister" and he still said no and didnt care about it at all but my mum was just glaring at me like "i knew it was all fake" and that made me feel bad again.
nobody mentioned it though.
hope all my closeted peeps be doing ok with all the misgendering
