This week I decided to watch the episode with Turkflick....I wanted to see how the subtitles were compared to Mint aka express dizi...I will let you know how I like how i like it..I will say that right off the bat the coloring and video quality is better than Mint...and for shows like Dolunay it has a better quality in viewing than the actual bolums that the official Dolunay youtube channel puts up for viewing...Turkflick adjusted saturation so the coloring is bright and sharp...the Ek videos aren't brighter but the quality is definitely better than the youtube versions
We start off the episode with Can proposing to Sanem in a dream like world he created for her at their mountain hut...and yes i am calling it their hut ;)....this moment is heartbreaking Can is standing there holding his heart in his hands with this beautiful moonstone ring, waiting for a response to his proposal...Sanem is just standing there not answering
Can: will you say anything?
Sanem: Can i really want to say i accept but..
.in this moment his hopeful face turns sad... Can: But? But what Sanem? We couldn't get rid of these "but"s, what do you mean you want to accept but? ....Can finally is sharing his hurt over getting so many "i would love to but" moments from Sanem for so long...it really does hurt to see a "but" in this moment...it is cruel
Sanem: i can't say yes Can, i mean i can't tell you i am accepting it....my heart is hurting with every sentence she says and does not explain well
Can: so you are refusing me?
Sanem:No, i cant say that
Can: ok then what are you saying Sanem i dont get it....i know Can she is terrible at explaining things in these moments
Sanem: Can i have something important i need to tell you
Can: Is it more important than us and this moment?
Sanem: I have to tell you as soon as possible
Ok this is actually killing me i have not watched these moments since the first week of airing i watched it in turkish 1x and english 1x because this honestly sucks...she is always so slow to explain things and it hurts...just one shot ...in one sentence...Can, I want to accept but i cant before i tell you something i have been too afraid to tell you...done...how hard is it to say that... no prolonging his hurt making him ask questions until he pries it out of her...it hurts that feeling
Sanem is about to tell Can about everything and then Leyla comes rushing in
Leyem being in this sacred place and in this sacred moment is the cherry on top of the miserable sunday that were are being forced to eat
