CHAPTER TWELVE

DURING THE MATCH PRESENTATION - 

ANVI'S POV - 

"The Man of the Match goes to Shubman Gill ." Harsha Bhogle announced and Maan walked towards him 

"So how do you feel, winning the match for your team?" Harsha Bhogle asked. 

"Amazing, this was totally unexpected for me. I have no words, I have always had the dream of winning a match for India so it is like a dream come true for me. " Maan said, he was really very happy, I was still takings his pictures, even though the match was over, I really dont know why. 

"So, how has the team supported you?"Harsha Bhogle asked. 

"The team has been very inclusive and supportive, when I was coming down Ch - Virat bhai told me that this is the right time to prove myself. Even out there when I was batting Mahi bhai was very supportive, if he wanted then as an experienced player he could have ask me to be on the other side and easily hit those sixes but he showed full trust on me and let me bat. It was his trust on me that boosted my confidence." Maan said and I saw that Dhoni sir was proudly smiling at this. 

"Last question, what would you like to say about that cute fan of yours who has been clicking your pictures?" Harsha Bhogle asked,  pointing towards the screen, I saw there and they were showing me on screen again. 

"What the hell mahn." I said and then again went like. "Wait, they do not record audio, do they?" 

"Nah they dont record your audio." Abhay said. 

"Then what the f**k is wrong with them." I said and they all laughed. 

"Oh, she is not a cute fan of mine, but she happens to be a cute bestie of mine who is not at all my fan." Maan said and laughed looking at me and I was giving him glares.

"We wont hold you longer, you can go collect your award." Harsha Bhogle said and Maan went and collected his award. Virat sir then collected the trophy for winning the match and went and kept it with the rest of the trophies with the team and they had a photoshoot.

"Come lets go and meet the team." Anushka ma'am said after we saw all of them going up. 

"Are we allowed to go?" I asked. 

"Yes we are, the family of cricketers can go and you all can also come Shubh ne toh waha bol hi diya hai ki you are his cute bestie." Sakshi ma'am said.

"Yes then lets goo." I said and we followed them.

"Anvi di, our treat??" Ziva asked and I carried her. 

"Woah, did you actually carry her. Now toh even I find it hard it carry her." Sakshi ma'am asked. 

"Yeah, cause she is soo cute. And you will get your treat." I said and she laughed as I tickled her. 

"What about me?" Zora asked. 

"You will also get your treat Zora, I am not carrying you because you are a big boy." I said and he stood proudly and said, "Yes I am a big boy." 

Meanwhile we entered the dressing room, and we screamed, "Congratulations" and they all got surprised and looked towards us and smiled and replied, "Thank you" 

All the wives of cricketers went towards their husband and I kept Ziva down and she ran to Dhoni sir and said, "Congratulations papa." 

"Thank you Zivu." he said and lifted her and kissed her on her forehead. 

I then scanned the room searching for Maan and meanwhile he said, "Searching for me?" 

"Nahi tum koi Virat Kohli nahi ho that I will search for you." I said.
