Mikayla Baylee Williams is the adopted younger sister of Victor Tan. She was adopted by his parents five years ago at the age of eleven. Victor always brought her by SWAT when he had her so she can meet the team and get comfortable with them. He wanted her to know these are the people she can trust. Mikayla doesn't ask for much. The only thing she asks is that they call her Kayla, only because she thinks her name is long.
Noah Schnacky, Kayla's two year boyfriend. They started dating when she was fourteen, and he was fifteen.
