I wake up and I convince my mum that I am ill, she is really gullible and believed me straight away. Maddie left for school and then an hour later mum went to work. I Was still so sad, I started my investigation by look carefully at the note, I had and idea to compare the handwriting, so I went on to Laura's instagram and found a picture where she had handwritten something. I zoom in on the writing and compare it to the note, her writing was nothing like it, so I then thought about the people that she hung around with. I found all of them on instagram and scrolled through, none of their handwriting was like it. Was Oli right, was it Joel's mum that wrote it. I had no evidence to
try and investigate Joel's mum, I could only assume. when school was over Yammy texted me and said she shouted at shouted at Joel and Laura and how all three of them got an after school detention. So she had to put her phone away. So I text Oli and said it wasn't Laura or any of her friends. Oli texted back and said it obviously his mum. I decide to just take a walk and try to think about this. I walk down the street and then walk into blossom park to sit down for a moment it was dark but there was to figures then I find out that it was Joel and Laura sat next to each other on a park bench. I try to walk away and hope one of them doesn't see me but Laura turned her head and saw me, she got up and walked away and blew a kiss to Joel, he then looks and me and doesn't even wave goodbye to Laura. Joel walks up to me and says
Joel: what are you doing here
Lizzie: I just went for a walk
Joel then sees his mum and the said to me
Joel: thats my mum, she thinks your Laura, you need to kiss me
Lizzie: why
Joel: Just do it please
He then puts his fingers under my chin and pulls me close to his face. I push him back and shout at him
''what do you think you are doing, stop flirting with me one day then decide to take me out on a date another, and then you accuse me of writing a note that says I hate you. I AM OVER YOU"
I stormed off, He shouted
"Wait"
But i was already gone. When I get home I text Oli and told about what had just happened, he told me
"well done for standing your ground. I bet Yammy will be so proud"
"I know"
I text Yammy everything and as Oli said, she was so proud of me. I got tired and went to bed, I kept on thinking about that note and who actually did it. Was it really Joel's mum?
