The most annoying sound in the world is the sound of your mom screaming her lungs out to call you downstairs! And that's exactly what was happening at my house. "Honey can You please bring your stuff down. We don't have much time!" Its awfully hard to carry my bag FULL of cosmetics, so I had to struggle my way down the hall.

oops! I'm sorry! I totally forgot to give you an introduction!

So hey! I'm Teila Martyn, a high school student who's shifting to a new house in South Korea. Lemme give you a brief description of how I look. I'm a tall brunette with hazel eyes and I have a caramel complexion. My features are well defined; I have a and straight and small nose, plump pouty lips, high cheekbones, and a soft chin. Though my family has lived in LA for as long as I could recollect, I do have ancestors who were inhabitants of South Korea. This caused my inheritance of a few Korean features and I guess I looked attractive because of this odd mix of cultures! My dad is a billionaire. He owns a fashion brand called T&M! I don't wanna brag but it's pretty much the world no.1 fashion brand right now. My mom is the Chairperson of Women's Fashion, LA. Being the one and only daughter of my loving parents, it is only fit for me to be the leading model of T&M. We have been nominated for being the best in the fashion industry by the famous "Forbes magazine", so my dad had a sudden idea of building his new branch in South Korea (The land of fashion and cosmetics). I am a little worried coz I would miss my friends here in LA, but I'm also kinda happy that I'm gonna place my feet in the land of cosmetics. I have always dreamt of becoming an archaeologist which kinda makes it obvious that I love history and artifacts. I collect so many things related to my study. Even when I go for excursions, the only thing running in my mind would be the chances of finding artifacts that were from the ancient ages. I even collect newspapers and stamps. No one would believe that I spent a month finding the historical details of THE REALTION, the first newspaper in the world and that I have a separate room to hide my artifacts and antiques, as my parents dislike things which look messy! So, yeah! That's pretty much the basic stuff about me.

And now back to the issue at hand! WE WERE SHIFTING!!! The feeling was great! I dropped a story on Instagram about how I packed my priceless possessions. I brought all of them downstairs as I wanted to show my parents I was independent! After doing everything, I felt a feeling of achievement and calm wash over me! And just as soon as that feeling arrived, it vanished...... I hadn't decided what was I about to wear!! I spent around an hour looking for a decent but elegant dress! But finally settled on a very simple and casual one. A hoodie and white jeggings with my midnight black sneakers( well I call them that way).I topped the look with a "positive look" ponytail.

Then the time to say goodbye to our home came. We stood near the gate for a while, then walked towards our new life. As we entered the jet(We had our own private jet) I felt excited! but I also felt a bit lonely and left out as my dad busied himself with the planning of the new company and mum was occupied by the need to find a good dress for her upcoming press meet in South Korea. As usual, I ended up spending time with my headphones and a novel. I have a passion for novels, my favorite being ones by RICK RIORDAN.

After 12 solid hours, I got down carrying my phone and met the most amazing manager I have ever seen. She was extremely pretty! Her smile was infectious. Her features were soft and attractive. She was tall, slim and well dressed. and woahhh!! I should appreciate her make up sense as well. I thought my mom would end up throwing me and keep her as the leading model. Dang....a competitor for me. ( a feeling of insecurity ..lol)

We left the airport in a car and on the way the GORGEOUS manager said that our things have already been moved to the house ( not a surprise). I couldn't even make eye contact with her coz I didn't know much about Koreans. But she did smile at me once, while we were at the airport.

Getting inside our new house, I could smell the mouth-watering aroma of Korean dishes. I was dying of starvation already and the amazing smell just increased my appetite a thousandfold. So, before I could control myself I took a seat on the dinner table. My dad who is an extremely strict disciplinarian gave me a stern look. (And oh! what a terrifying look that was! )"You will not be allowed to touch the food unless u find a place for your so-called "priceless" artifacts!" he said in a teasing yet terrifying tone."But dad, your little princess is hungry. And technically I won't be touching the food, we have chopsticks!" I replied with a pout. " No place for a princess when it comes to discipline". saying this he walked off to the closest room. And I could've sworn... I saw him smirk!

I had to find a place for the relics before I fainted out of starvation!

I went downstairs to search for a perfect "chamber" and ended up stumbling around the house. It was pretty huge for the three of us. There were 4 rooms in the east wing and 5 in the north wing! The west wing comprised of the servant quarters. But none of the rooms satisfied my needs. The foyer was quite extensive and modern. I went inside a room which resembled a home theatre. The bedrooms were quite big! The kitchen looked lovely with the lavender based designing ."Koreans are super cool in designing a house. I'm already loving it here."

I decided to go to the north wing to check if I could find a suitable cabin there

I decided to go to the north wing to check if I could find a suitable cabin there. I searched all the way. And finally, I saw a door which seemed to be unused for years. the door was large and wood-paneled but it looked like it could never be broken. I went near it. the knob was rusty and looked like it hadn't been touched for centuries! I was tempted to open it so I touched the knob. But before I could turn it, I felt a hand rush towards my shoulder.......
