Chapter 12 (Ember)

"Are you sure you know what you're doing?"  asked Ember warily to Katherine.

    "Yeah, yeah.  Jimin showed me this in out little charms lesson for today."  she grinnned, "Now hold still, Greer."  Greer sat a still as she could on the bed as Katherine stoob behind her with her wand.  

    "Colorvarieah!"  said Katherine as she pointed her wand at Greer's head.  

    "Ouch!"  screamed Greer as he hair started smoking from the failed spell.   "I thought it was supposed to change color, not start me on fire!"  Katherine frowned.

    "I don't get it, Jimin could do it with ease.  It didn't look that hard."  mumbled Katherine.  

    "Wait, so he didn't actually teach you the charm?  You just saw him do it?"  inquired Ember incrediously.  Katherine shrugged.

   "Same thing."  she replied.  Ember wanted to bang her own head into the wall for her dormmates stupidity.  

    "You are an idot."  stated Celeste who practically read Ember's mind.    "First off, we don't even learn that charm until next year.  Which would be why you obviously don't know why to use it and Jimin Park does.  Secondly, its not Colorvarieah, its Colovaria."  Greer continued to rub her sore head that was no longer smoking.  Katherine rolled her eyes.

    "Charms are stupid anyways."  Katherine huffed as she went and sat on her own bed.  

    "You've been doing even worse in Charms since you got Professor Flitwick to get Jimin to tutor you.  Do you know how bad that looks for Jimin?"  inquired Ember, highly annoyed.  Katherine didn't know this, but Jimin and her were friends and he had voiced his concern to her about it recently since Professor Flitwick was worried about it.

    "What do you mean?" asked Katherine, confused.  

"Moron," muttered Ember.  "Because Jimin is an excellent Charms student and he been instructed to help you with your Charms, if you don't start to show imporvement it makes it look like Jimin can't teach you, which can make him look bad, also if you can't pass Charms you, are going to have to repeat 1st year Charms."  huffed Ember.  

    "I'm not going to fail Charms."  scoffed Katherine.

"If you don't get at least an A on your O.W.L.s then you'll likely have to repeat."  Greer chimed in, slightly annoyed.

    "I won't fail."  Katherine muttered under her breath.  Ember leaned over her bed towards Katherine.

"You better not, because if you do and you make Jimin look like a faliure I will kick you ass."  she hissed at her.  Katherine's eyes widened.

     "Why would you care?"  snapped Katherine.

"Because you doing do will disgrace the name of Gryffindor with your idiocy."  replied Ember with a smirk as she reclined back on her own bed.  

    Suddenly the door to their dorm swung opene with a winded Gryffindor 2nd year girl names, Mia Pulser, stood in the door way.

    "You guys won't.  Believe...what happened!"  she gasped.

"What!?"  asked Greer interested.

    "Tell us!"  exclaimed Katherine.

"In the Dueling Club.  Yoongi Min from Slytherin went against Seokjin Kim from Hufflepuff and ended up smoking up the who room with a Fumos charm.  Everyone ran out coughing and apprently Hazel Halls was able to clear the smoke, but ended up passing out in the Dueling Room, but, not this is the part you won't beleive.  The Yoongi Min himself carried her to the Hospital Wing!"  squealed Mia.  "It was the craziest thing I've ever seen!"
