if they showed me to live
in a life so simple yet contentious
I would have grownup wise
if only they let me fall
while learning the art of balance
I would have grownup courageous
if only they have let me appreciate
little things given to me despite the price
I would have grownup loving
and if only they have taught me
to learn the art of giving
I would not grew up only knowing
the art of receiving.
If only my parents taught me this
