Chapter 18

Athena P.O.V

I felt a light shake on my shoulder. I ignored it at the beginning, but when I heard the voice behind it I quickly sat down on the bed

" Leonardo " I whispered breathlessly, wrapping my arms quickly around his neck, He, on the other hand, hugged me back tightly.

" How are you? " he asked and I backed away

" I am ok, what about Aiden ??? Where is he? You found him, right??" I asked worriedly

" calm down, yes, we have him, he is in the room beside this room. the doctor came and checked on him, he will be alright soon, he is resting now. He wanted to come and surprise you, but you were asleep so he didn't want to wake you up" I nodded quickly standing up from the bed

" Where to?" He asked as he stood up as well

" I am not like him, I will wake him up," I told him, he just smiled and nodded. I quickly got to the room beside the one I was staying in, opening it I was washed off with relive, but also my heart ached because of how hurt he looked. I walked closer step by step till I was in front of his bed

" Aiden .." I whispered shaking him softly. I didn't want to wake him up, but I just need to make sure he is alright. He opened his eyes slowly looking at me

" God, I knew you won't let me sleep" he smiled as he tried to sit down and I helped him, before sitting on the edge of the bed beside him

" I heard you were really worried about me, I am sorry to worry you, little sis," he said giving me apologetic smile.

" who said I was worried? " i asked and he just patted my head

" I am fine, I am fine, don't worry, ok?" I couldn't take it anymore I took his hand in mine

" I am glad you are ok.... if anything were to happen to you I don't know how I could live on?" Serious mood on

" I know we are twins, after all, if I die you will die too," he winked

Why when I joke he is serious when I am serious he jokes

I just chuckled and nodded

" you rest now, ok? when you wake up again we can go back home." I squeezed his hand lightly before kissing his cheek

" good night twin," he said, I nodded

" good night " I then left the room closing the door softly behind me.

" is that normal? Being jealous of your brother?" I heard Leo behind me, I turned to him

" why will you be jealous of him?" I asked confused

" It is fine, I will tell them to kidnap me next time " my eyes winded as I hugged him

" don't, you know how to find people but I don't " he chuckled As he hugged back

" then I won't ever leave " in a matter of a second he left me from the ground carrying me bridal style

" I am tired," he said before going back to the room I was just sleeping in, and he threw me on the bed

" ouch, what is wrong with you?" I asked as I tried to stand up, but well he didn't let me. he was right beside me locking me in his arms

" what are you doing?" I asked

" kissing my girlfriend?" He said before leaning in and kissing me, and just like always I got lost in his kiss. Ok, I admit, his kisses always leaves me breathless. Does kissing anyone feel this way or is it just him having such an effect on me? Either way I love this man to death and nothing can change that.
