He flips the horn of the Zecter a bit, which emits lighting to open the cocoon-like armor.
Kabuto: Cast Off!
He flips the horn to the right fully.
CAST OFF!
The armor flew off of him to reveal his Rider Form.
CHANGE BEETLE!

He opens the door to make sure no one sees him and he closed the door behind locking it with his keys.
Kabuto: Clock Up!
He pressed the button on his right to activate his speed power.
CLOCK UP!
From his view, everything is slowed down and he ran in an inhumane speed to U.A.
(Thirty Seconds Later)
Once he reached U.A., the Clock Up deactivates and everything went to normal speed.
CLOCK OVER!
The Kabuto Zecter then deattached itself from the belt and flew away, which reverts Badoraku back.
Badoraku: U.A. Here we go! It says here, I am going to Class 1-A. Sweet.
He walk through the school gates and went inside of the school to look for his class.
Badoraku: Why? Why does this school have to be big?!
He continues to find Class 1-A and saw Midoriya outside of the door.
Badoraku: Ah, Midoriya!
Midoriya: Bado!
Badoraku: You made it.
Midoriya: Yeah...
