I Think Grey Thoughts

I think grey thoughts like on a blank piece of paper
Maybe filled with tears,
Maybe filled with nothing at all
And it's all a jumbled thought mixed into one
But I don't even understand it
Because the pen that I'm using to write this
Makes my fingers feel numb with nothing
Which terrifies me,
But at least that's one sane thing
