He looked at her the way all women wanted to be looked at by a man. –F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Athena's POV.

Turning around in his strong arms I was once again offered the opportunity to openly gaze at his handsome face as he soundly slept plastered against me. Through my sleep dozed state, I was aware that he came to bed during the early hours of the morning as his arms immediately sought me out. Trying my best, I somehow managed to escape his tight grip as he suddenly shifted stretching out towards me. Placing a pillow between his arms, a smile made its way to my face as he pouted before falling back into a deep sleep.  Entering the bathroom, I quickly showered and dress, before returning to find a still snoozing Nico in bed, sprawled about with his hair un-kept portraying a rugged dark look. Glancing at him once more, I could not have helped but let my feet carry me forward as I placed a light kiss to his lips. Quietly exiting the room, I joined Katy as we strolled towards the garden somehow being the only ones awake.

"The guys returned home at 2 A.M. this morning." Katy said as she sipped her tea exhaustedly, "And Theo kept me up until way past 4."

"Is he asleep right now?" I asked concerned.

"Blessedly so." She replied on a laugh though her eyes shone with a kind of love that rendered a sense of envy deep in my stomach.

The conversation flowed freely for the remainder of breakfast as we were shortly joined by Evelyn, Jade and Elizabeth.

"Do not expect to see Char anytime soon." Jade joked as she playfully rolled her eyes, "But we should get prepared for the day."

"The guys would most likely sleep until midday." Evelyn input, "But that would give us more time to relax." She said clasping her hands excitedly.

"Everything is organized for later in the evening." Elizabeth informed she was the event planner for the charity ball, "My team has already began work ensuring that is turns out perfectly, though I would like to leave earlier to foresee the final preparations."

"That's a good idea." Jade said, "I should come along also, the models would be wearing my designs after all."

"Well now that is settled, shall we leave to go to the spa?" Evelyn asked.

After somehow managing to pull Charlotte away from Sergio, we spent the next couple of hours oiled and massaged to utter relaxation, sipping on fruity cocktails and what I had learnt was an extension of 'girl's day.' Being treated to an authentic Italian lunch was soon interrupted as my cellphone blared out aloud. A smile made its way onto my face as I looked at the electronic device.

"Hi." I murmured into the phone as five sets of eyes were trained onto me in open curiosity.

"Hi." Nico repeated back as I felt his answering smirk through the phone.

"Is there something wrong?" I questioned.

"No." He replied, "Are you okay?"

"I am." I whispered smiling into the phone.

"Give me that." Evelyn suddenly said rising clutching her heavy bump...

"Nicolaides...yes it is your name is it not?... Did I not give clear instructions to my husband to refrain from interrupting...and so then why are you calling?...She's perfectly alive and well as you heard, I am perfectly alive and well and so are everyone else over here but thank you for your sudden concern." She said in open sarcasm that made me gape and laugh at the same time as she winked at me, "...Goodbye Nico." She abruptly said smiling slyly as she ended the call.

"Men." She stated as she delicately sipped her water as I stared at her astounded, "You'll learn soon enough." She added in with a wink at me as the group nodded in agreement.
