Dear heart,
I know we don't talk much and I know you might think that I blame you for all the pain, but I need you to know that I don't. Getting hurt is a part of being human. Love comes with pain. You can't have one without the other. We just have to learn and grow from it not run and hide. I'm sorry that you felt like you had to hide and not feel.I need you to do me a favor tho. Just promise me that you'll think of yourself too. You've been broken too many times already. I need you to be alright. You are so much more important than you treat yourself. Don't forget that you deserve to be loved to don't just go giving all of your love away. It has to be earned. You are far too special to be taken advantage of.
