August~

All I heard were sirens I was still running I turned the corner to catch my breath I left the hospital because I couldn't bear to see my baby like that and live with the fact that I scarred my daughter for life...

"Weeeeeeeo wooooooop"(police siren)

"Put your hands in the air where I can see them" The white cop demanded

"I got this from here Marshall," The black cop said to the white cop.

"Ok sir"

"Get on the ground put your hands behind your back" The black cop demanded.

"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you." 

"You're hurting me, sir," I said calmly as he pushed my face into the dirt.

"Does it look like I care you obviously like hurting women so you gon get what you deserve," he spat.

"I-"

"Shut up! Officer we have a 273D over"  He said speaking into the walkie talkie cuffing my hands with his knee-deep in my back.

(273D is the domestic violence code)

"Ouch," I said as he picked me up and threw me in the back seat of the police car.

"You're going to the big house buddy," The white cop said.

"And I hope you NEVER get OUT."  The white cop followed.

"All these crimes you committed, Murder, domestic violence, the kidnapping of a minor and, (4) domestic violence cases (5) Drug charges you definitely going down now."  

"I'm sorry I really am," I said

"You in for a rude awakening my brother," The black cop said as he started to drive away.

Dani~

I'm still in this hospital because they want to ask me questions I'm going to answer them whatever I can do to keep my kids safe yesterday August came he thought I didn't see him but I did he gave me Adonis back he left him at my door with a note on his car seat that said "I'm sorry Dani I will forever love you I hope you can forgive me more than I can forgive myself my mother has called the cops on me so I will be held in custody for however long I deserve I don't deserve your love and I'm deeply sorry for all I put you through with only love and sincerity ~August Alsina

"Danielle?" The nurse said snapping me out of my thoughts

"Yes?" 

"Would you like me to turn the channel"

"Yes, ma'am can you turn to the news, please Grace?" 

"Ok call me when you need anything," she said as she sat the remote down sitting in the chair next to me

23-year-old singer August Alsina was turned into custody earlier this morning in front of his home and will be facing more than 20 charges by mid-August he will face witness charges from his parents his girlfriends and his children all in this courtroom I'm India Rodgers from SATNBC 

 "He finally got what he deserved," I said sighing

"Yes he did child," She said turning the tv down

"¿Dónde está papá?" Autumn said curiously. 

" Baby he's not gonna be here for a while," I said sincerely.

"Awwwwe I miss daddy." She said with tears in her eyes.

" I know baby but daddies in a house where very mean people are," I said trying to sugarcoat where he really was

"Mommy will they hurt him?" she gasped

"I don't know sweetie"

"Did we leave daddy because he hits you?" she asked curiously

"Yes sweetie," I said biting my lower lip trying to keep the tears from falling thinking of what he did to me

"Mommy, when will we be able to leave here?"

"Um, soon I hope" as soon as I said that 3 police officers came rolling through my hospital room

"Hello are you, Danielle Sanchez?"

"Yes I am" 

"Well first off we'll start with do you know who did this to you?"

I turned away and stared in space I then turned back to the t.v. and pointed 

"He did it" as August face popped onto the screen I put my head down

"Ma'am we need to speak with you," the doctor said interrupting me and the police man's conversation

 "Yes? is everything alright?" I replied nervously

"We looked over your scans and...."

UNKNOWN?????~

I walked into the hospital with the edible arrangements I got for Danielle and waited for her to be alone but the police are in her room right now so I knocked on the door and left it there with a note that said "Dear Danileigh (I said calling her by her childhood nickname.) I hope you're feeling better because as soon as you get out of the hospital you're in for a rude awakening do you remember me?????? don't try to trace this letter you'll remember me sooner or later- love your worst nightmare p.s. I'm not August either" just a Little side note to scare her a Little but our plan is coming into action I just need to make a phone call
