Fighting for us (My cousins best friend 2)

Summer has been and gone and Luca has made me feel so special that I worry as soon as school kicks back up in a few days time, our bubble won't last forever

After our week getaway with friends, we had summer sports trainings, mini sports comps and work in between spending time with each other.

My cousin keeps asking if we've done the deed yet, I'm not about to tell him what we do in the bedroom

"I just don't want to be an uncle just yet is all I'm asking" He said

"No we haven't yet, I don't want to rush into that right now when our relationship is fresh out of a summer and we're heading into reality soon" I told him

My cousins birthday is the weekend of our first week of school and we are looking forward to it. I need something to distract me for what Luca and I will be walking into.

"Everything will be fine" I feel Luca say beside me. I'm currently wrapped up in his arms as he places sweet kisses on my neck "We will get through our first week of school as a couple and then celebrate our success at Kens party" I sigh knowing he is right and smile snuggling into his arms

He stays the night knowing how on edge I am, I have every right to be because as soon as I walk in through the corridors with Luca in front of me when he stops. I bump right into his back and look up from my bag

"Babe?" I ask placing my hand on his back "You ok?"

"I thought it wasn't true!" I hear a voice yell in front of us "You don't waste any time do you?" I look from around Luca and see Damien standing in front us

"Like you did?" I voice standing beside Luca "You didn't waste any time kissing another girl while we were together so I don't see why he doesn't waste time in getting to be with me" I say. My voice held strong but I was shaking internally. Luca gripped my hand giving me all the strength I need "When you were off flirting with her, he was trying to convince me otherwise, he was in your corner but as soon as he knew you fucked up he was back in mine where he was always meant to be" I take a deep breath "If you don't like us being together, too damn bad because I didn't like being cheated on and I have to see you both around school for the rest of the year"

I pull Luca along hurrying to get to our lockers, which have always been side by side since we started high school

"That was fucking hot" He whispers "I bloody love you, you know that" He kisses my cheek leaving me flustered

"What did you say?" I say back

"That was fucking hot" He scratches the back of his neck when I pull him to me for a kiss

"You are fucking hot and I don't know why we never got together ages ago but I'm glad I have you now" I whisper against his lips. He presses his forehead against mine giving me a light kiss on the lips

"You were blind" he shrugs

I slap his arms as he pretends it hurt him "That was a rhetorical question dude" I'm pulled back into his arms "But most probably true" I smile making him laugh

Other than the bit of drama that happened at the start of the week, the rest of it was fine. I had volleyball training after school while he had basketball trainings the same nights so we managed to go home together and hang out before turning in

My mum is a flight attendant so she is away for work for the weekend, my younger sister is crashing at her best friends house as well which means I have the entire place to myself while the party is happening

My mum, sister and I live in a small villa styled house at the back of Ken's family home. My dad passed away a few years ago and it was my mum's brother and wife who wanted us to live closer considering my mums line of work, they didn't want my sister and I being alone as well as wanting us near, it was a win win for everyone.
