CHAPTER 11

Chaeyoung felt pleasantly warm and she was surrounded by a pleasant scent, she couldn't decipher what it was but she couldn't help but nuzzle closer to the source of it. It's so soft, and so fragrant, and so warm. She felt so comfortable and cozy. She then sighed contentedly when she felt that she was as close as she could get to it.

Jennie, bless her heart, stayed completely still, her heart was pounding and her eyes were glazed over from all this cuddling and nuzzling. She was biting her bottom lip so hard to avoid moaning from what the younger girl was doing to her. Chaeyoung had her arms wrapped around Jennie's waist, her weight was comfortably on top of her and the girl was nuzzling her neck not to mention her hot breath against her skin. Jennie was absolutely going crazy.

She really didn't want to interrupt the younger girl's sleep but she also didn't know what to do when the girl is basically making her feel hot and bothered. She could feel Chaeyoung's lips against her neck and she needed to create distance between them before all logic leaves her senses. She took multiple calming breathes to try and keep her hands to herself. It was early in the morning at 5am and it was 4 hours before class started.

She planned on making them breakfast but she didn't want the girl to wake up yet till it's all done. Gently, she pried the girl's arms from her waist and tried to scoot away from her. Sensing the vacancy between her arms, Chaeyoung's eyebrows furrowed in displeasure and even in her unconscious state she could feel the warmth disappear. Chaeyoung felt a cold breeze between her arms and she wanted the source of warmth back so she grasped blindly for it till she felt fabric between her fingers. She grasped it tightly and made a noise of disapproval when it tried to pull away.

Suddenly she felt a gentle kiss on her forehead "Good Morning Chaengie. Let me go make breakfast okay? I'll be back when it's all ready I promise."

Jennie slowly uncurled all Chaeyoung's fingers from her hoodie and she covered the girl properly with the blanket before giving her one last kiss on the forehead and walking to the kitchen. Chaeyoung, now slightly awake, stared at the ceiling, recalling what happened just moments ago. It all suddenly dawned on her, Jennie was the soft, warm and fragrant thing she kept nuzzling for god knows how long. It was early in the morning and the sun has barely shown its presence but Chaeyoung is already red in the face.

Both girls couldn't deny that it was the best sleep they've had in years. Chaeyoung glanced at the digital clock on Jennie's night stand and it was still 5:15 in the morning. Who wakes up at this ungodly hour?

She wanted nothing more than to drag Jennie back to bed and just fall back asleep in her arms but she had school and she had a very confused bestfriend to explain to. Deciding she should at least help her out and hope that the older girl didn't get weirded out by what she did earlier in bed.

Padding into the kitchen, she saw Jennie placing a plate of toast on the table and a cup of coffee for herself. Noticing the younger girl's presence, Jennie pulled out Chaeyoung's chair and let the girl sit down properly before taking her seat across from her. "Toast with no avocado and lemon juice for your drink. Did I remember correctly?" Jennie flashed her a gummy smile and Chaeyoung couldn't help but swoon.

After all these years she still knew what she liked and didn't like. Chaeyoung nodded happily and started taking a bite from her toast. She took a big bite.

With wide eyes, she looked at Jennie as if she just discovered the 8th wonder of the world. "Mmmmmm nom nom nom!"

The older girl laughed at this and clapped her hands in amusement. "Do you really need to make the nom nom sound? But I'm glad you liked it Chae"
