But we're cognates pt4 (kotlc)

(A/N) Hey guys, another part to this thing, this is the last part to "but we're cognates", this was really fun to write, but i think that's just the writer in me. This is Keefe's point of view instead of Sophie's so that's the only difference also there is a slight bit of strong language. Anyway, enjoy part 4 and bye-bye.

Keefe POV:

I saw Foster leave me to talk to Fitz, he was my best friend but lately, we hadn't talked to each other. I looked down in my hands, I realized that Sophie hadn't taken the drawings I had made. I walked over to the door to give them to her, but Biana had stopped me.

"Keefe where are you going?" Biana asked me stopping me to reach Sophie

"I'm giving these to Foster, she forgot them," I say lifting the drawings

"Why don't you wait until she comes back in, you know how my brother is," She says whispering when she mentioned her brother

"It's fine I'm just giving them to her and leaving," I said as i started to walk to the door

"Your choice" I hear Biana mumble as she turned around, I knew Fitz was protective but he knew me I wouldn't take Foster from him, even if I do like her.

"Come on!" I hear Fitz's voice yell, then Sophie's voice screaming. I dropped the two pictures running to the sound of their voices. I couldn't take in what was happening. Fitz was pulling Sophie to his car, I had never seen Fitz this angry. And Sophie she was terrified, trying to ply away from Fitz. I came back to life and rushed over to Fitz and pulled to two's hand away.

"Hey, Sophie are you okay?" I ask her checking her wrist, that had red lines on them showing how hard Fitz had a grab on her.

"What the hell are you doing" Fitz yelled at me slapping me in the face

"Saving your girlfriend," I said holding Fitz by the shoulders so he wouldn't hurt anyone else

"Stop, she's not yours" He yelled

"She's not yours either"

"She isn't anyone's she is her own person, not owned by anyone," I said looking back at her making sure she was okay

"He's right," Sophie said coming up to the two of us after a minute. I looked back at her and she gave me a soft smile. Fitz's face slowly went to normal as he calmed down, probably taking in what happened. I slowly let go of him, but staying in front of Sophie to make sure he wouldn't hurt her again.

"That was something," I say turning to Sophie

"Keefe."

"What?" I say my face softening

"Thank you," Sophie said whispering, and hesitating before hugging me. That was a bad idea.

"Get. Off. My. Girlfriend."

"I-i"

"That's it! You're too angry, we're taking a break" Sophie said before Fitz tackled me

"Wait, no Soph i can stop see" He said fake smiling

"No, until you can actually control yourself, we're done" Sophie finished hesitating on the last word
