In the morning , sun rays fell on preeta's face . She saw herself cover with duvet & She sat on bed rubbing her eyes..

Preeta : mere upar kisne blanket daala.. Koi aaya tha kya yahaa..

A message beeped on her phone . She picked up her phone from side table.. & opened her phone..

Preeta : karan ka message.. ( confused )

karan : good morning babydoll . Jyada socho mat.. tumhari tabyat kharab thi tumhe fever tha jab m ghar aaya to dekha.. meeting thi to subah jaldi jana pada.. breakfast kar lena..or medicine bhi le lena.. varna fever bad jayegaa.. if you feel better to office aa jana..

Preeta ( shocked ) : isse kya hua.. itna caring kab se ho gaya.. zroor kuch chal rha hoga iske dimag m.. varna meri fikar to kabhi kar hi nhi sakta... isse sirf ladkiyo ko use karna aata hai..

After some time , she got ready & left to office.. without took any food or medicine.. She reached her office & directly went to her cabin...

Karan : preeta aayi hai kyaa.. receptionist ko phone karke puch leta hu.. ( he called her )

Receptionist:  yess sir..

Karan : miss preeta aaj office aayi hai..

Receptionist : jii sir vo abhi aayi thi.. she is in her cabin...

Karan : ok.. thanks ( he cut the call ) aa gyi.. mujhe bataya bhi nhi.. tabyat ke baare m.. m hi puch kar aata hu.. ( he stood up & moved towards her cabin )

On the other hand

Preeta : Oo.. godd.. itna kaam i m feeling soo tired . Headache bhi ho rha h.. ( hold her head ) coffee.. pe ke aati hu..

She was walking downstairs... karan saw her..

Karan : yeh rhii.. yahi mil gyii..

She started feeling dizzy & hold stairs for support..

Preeta : mera sir kyu ghum rha h...

Karan  : isse kya hua..

Karan saw her stumbling & was about to fell but he held her.. She become unconscious. 

Karan ( panicked ) : preeta kya huaa.. ankhe kholo.. ( patted her cheeks ) open your eyes baby doll ( shouts making all scared ) tum log khade khade kya dekh rhe ho.. pani lao dammitt.. !!!

One employee gave him water bottle.. He sprinkled some drops of water on her face but she didn't opened her eyes..

Karan ( shouted ) : call the doctor..

He picked her in his arms & took her in his cabin..  He made her lay on sofaa..

Karan ( checked her forehead ) : abhi to fever h.. zroor is ladki ne dawai nhi lii.. ek baat nii manti meri.. Ho gayi na behosh.. ( looked at the door ) doctor nhi aaya.. abhi kitna time ho gya

Doctor came & started checking her..

Karan : dr is she fine ? hosh kab aaega

Doctor:  inhone khana nhi khaya na hi medicine li or shayad bohot kaam bhi kiya hai office m jiski vajah se inki tabyat pehle se jyada kharab ho gyi..

Karan ( glared her ) : kisne kaha tha kaam karne ko hosh m aao tum batata huu.. ( in mind )

Doctor :   plzz.. make her feel relax & tension free.. Jyada stress se or jyada bimar ho jayegi..

Karan : jii dr m inka pura dyaan rakhuga thank you..

Doctor nodded & left from there..

He sat beside her & call restaurant..  He ordered food for her & told peon to bring medicine which doctor prescribed..
