. . .

"ummm taeyong" she slowly stepped into taeyongs office as if there were trap laid on every tile of his floor. taeyong glanced up at her, unamused but still curious enough to acknowledge her presence

"i have a-uh-thing today" she fiddled with her finger as she stood restlessly in her stance. taeyong only looked at her weird and nodded in a sign for her to continue

"and that...thing might need me to leave this base...you know, because it's kind of important for my uh social life and...education?" she tried to flash a smile, but it only looked like ten pretending to enjoy eating fruits

"i have little patience hyejin, get to the point or leave" taeyong placed his pen down and weaved his finger together, placing his hands onto the table with his ever so scary gaze

"i'll leave then" she bowed low, her hair falling over her face as she tried to take steps out of his office

"hyejin" his voice could kill a mosquito with just one sound

"y-yes?" she turned around almost robotically, a smile that looked more like a photo stuck onto her face evident

"what is it" taeyong knew he was scaring her, but he also knew she wasnt a piece of glass.

"ok so i have my college orientation tomorrow and you know i have asian parents and they would literally beat me up in their secret basement if they found out that i got into the law school, no they wouldn't beat me up about the law school they would beat me up about not attending orientation...so they celebrate with me and then beat me up if i didn't turn up so uhm" she literally didn't take a single breath in that paragraph of a sentence "could i go?"

"you're studying law?" taeyong furrowed his eyebrows, this was both good and bad for the gang

"well yes...and no. the school focuses on law but it also has like architecture and i really want to do architecture but my crazy chinese mum will probably either shove rice down my throat or slap me with chopsticks or something you never know" only half of that made sense to taeyong

"trust me it's happened before" she pursed her lips and nodded, clearing her throat

"i just need to go to the orientation" she stated, lifting her chin up in confidence

"you do understand your safety is at risk if you go right?" taeyong looked her straight in the eye and she couldn't help but feel smaller and smaller when she talked to him
