"Do you think heaven is really like what everyone says? Because I'm struggling to believe that there's glowing angels and cloud palaces."

"I'm scared Jake."
"Is this about your surgery?"
"Yeah, I guess...it's about all of it really. What if I don't make it? What if it doesn't work? I can't be hospital girl forever."
"Blaire...don't talk like that. You have to be positive, it'll all work out."
"Jacob Joseph don't feed me that bullshit. I have to put on a brave face for literally every other person in my life, but I can't do that with you. I'm scared."
