We thank you for your cooperation in Project ARTICHOKE. A stipend of money will be wired to your account as a reward. You are hereby protected and are granted immunity and free range according the the guidelines of the project. We ask you to see if substances including: cocaine, mescaline, marijuana, heroin and LSD on patients and try to gather information about them. Also take note if their conditions worsen, improve or no effects. This can be used later in other projects. We are proposing another project of which you will be asked to cooperate in called MK Ultra.
We have also heard that there are some veterans at your institution and we ask you give them priority in the treatment above as we will be using these methods primarily on POWs. Many are toughened soldiers that fought in the last world war and we hope to apply these methods in Korea and in future wars.
