Description –

Dreamer allows the user to enter and manipulate the dreams of others. The user has to secrete Chloroform for their quirk to work. Dreamer does not work if the rival does not consume Chloroform. The user feeds off of the dreams of others. If the opponent is having a nightmare the user gets more energy from devouring it.

Special Moves(s) –

Daydream: This move is used when the user secretes the smallest amount of Chloroform, making the enemy go into a daze and live through a nightmare of the user's choice.

Drawback(s) –

Fatigue: Is the user spends more than the allotted time inside of someone's dream, they will fall into a dreamless sleep, depriving them of needed energy.
