This Isn't How It Was Supposed to Be

"Toothless watch out" Hiccup screamed a they collided with the Bewilderbeast's tusk causing them to loose all control and fall to the ground with brutal force knocking Hiccup out cold, Toothless was very weak but still tried to get to his friend

He staggered to his feat and rushed over to Hiccup's still body, he sniffed him and nudged his head gently hoping for a response, and soon Hiccup eyes fluttered open and moaned with the headache he had, with Toothless' help he got back on his feat and ready to fight

He looked around and then saw a staph stuck in the ground and straight away he knew who it belonged to, he ran over to it as quickly as he could and reached out to grab it, then a brutal punch hit him in the face knocking him off his feat and on to the floor with blood covering his face

"I have to say I am very ashamed Mr Dragon master, I thought you would put up a better fight than that, no wonder the girl left you, for all I know she could have had better chance with some of my men, at least she would get lots of satisfaction" he whispered coldly into his ear

Drago pulled his staph out of the ground and gripped it in both his fists and laughed evilly, Toothless saw the commotion and ran but stopped when a voice poisoned his mind "don't even bother little slave, you will obey me and serve my master, give in and join us......let.the.human.die" it echoed in his brain "I will never give in to you" he moaned trying to break free of the Bewilderbeast's control

Then a blood curdling scream echoed through the air, Toothless managed to break free of the trance and looked to where the scream came from and he saw Hiccup holding Drago's staph that had been shoved straight into his chest, Hiccups hand then fell limp and his head flopped to the side

Toothless watched in horror as he saw his friend dying before his eyes, he was so distracted he forgot about the Bewilderbeast and soon was under his control again "HICCUP!" Valka screamed from the crowd, she tried to run to him but Stoick held her back, but deep inside he too wanted to run over to his son but it wasn't safe, Valka gave in and cried into Stoick's chest

"NOW YOU WILL BOW DOWN TO ME OR JOIN HIM" he screamed pointing at Hiccups limp body "BOW!" he screamed, people started to cross their arms and shake their head but Stoick and Valka bowed to him, the crowd then heard their sobs and then one by one they all fell to their knees, Drago chuckled and looked at Hiccup's body, he gripped his staph and pulled it out of his chest leaving him to bleed

Drago raised his staph for the final blow with an evil deranged smile he gripped it tight and he brought it down, but out of no where an axe came flying at him and knocked his staph out his hands, Drago looked at where the axe came from and saw Astrid walking towards him with a smug smile on her face "surprise Drago" she said

"You!" Drago growled "how are you still alive?" he cursed at her "don't waste your breath Drago, now I'm going to say this only once...leave Berk now peacefully or I will make you regret the day you were born" she threatened clenching her fists, Drago burst into laughter thinking she was nuts

"Looks like you hit your head when the dragon shot you girl" he teased her "no but you are about to know how it feels to get hit by a plasma blast" she said and she took a deep breath and screamed into the air making all the dragons including the Bewilderbeast become disorientated and lose focus

Toothless shook his head and soon was back to his old self again, he spotted Astrid and ran to her as far as he could to her side, he gave her his usual gummy smile and then bared his teeth at Drago and growled, but Drago just laughed and as he picked up his staph he started to swing it around his head and screamed at Toothless

But unlike all the other times when dragons coward to his command, Toothless stood firm and didn't show any sign of fear, he just continued growling, then he opened his mouth and started to charge a plasma blast, Drago saw it and yelled "TAKE CONTROL OF HIM" he yelled at the grey Bewilderbeast whilst pointing at Toothless, but as soon as he pointed at him Toothless fired and sent Drago flying over the cliff edge and into the ocean
