" Oh my goodness, Nia you look beautiful."

She did a spin with her outfit. She wore a white dress which she helped me design and wore her hair down with accessories. Tonight was the event and we were both excited and nervous as well.

" Thank you, now you need to get ready so we can take pictures. I got to send these to my boo and so do you."

I laughed, " Yea, you're right."

I did my makeup and hair so all I needed to do was to put on my dress. It was a very beautiful dress and I loved how it looked on me. I smoothed it out and looked at myself in the mirror.

" Nia!"

She walked in, " Damn. My sis is looking good!"

I chuckled, " Thank you. You don't think it's doing too much."

" Hell no. You need to let these people know who Nadia Gonzalez is." She said finishing her yogurt.

I nodded and checked the time on my phone. 6:27. We were getting picked up at 6:40 so I decided to call Eli.

He answered at the third ring, " What's up baby?"

" Hey, I was just calling to spare time. We have to leave soon."

He closed his laptop, " Well let me see my girl."

I laughed and flipped the camera so he could see me through the camera.

" Fuck, you look beautiful."

I immediately blushed, " Thanks. I hope everything goes good tonight."

" You know it will."

" Who's that pops?"

Jay put this head all in the camera, " Oh hey, Ms. Nadia."

I smiled, " Hey Jay, how have you been?"

" Good, I just beat my cousin in Fortnite."

Nia yelled, " Period!"

Eli sighed, " Don't start with that Nia."

" Where are you going Ms. Nadia?"

" An event for my business."

He nodded, " Oh you look very pretty."

" Thank you."

" Jay go get your clothes out so you can get ready for bed."

" Yes Sir."

He left out the room, " So our date is going to be this Saturday if that's cool with you."

I nodded, " Yea, that's fine. So where are we going?"

" Girl you really think you're going to get that answer out of me."

I made a face, " And that adorable face isn't going to have me say anything either."

" Nadia, they are here!"

" Okay!" I looked back into the camera, " I have to go but I will call you when I get back home."

He nodded, " Alright, have fun baby."

" Yes, that's us."

The waiter told us that we needed to take some pictures first and then we can be seated for dinner.

Nia went first and I loved the way the gold sequence went against her skin. She really did look beautiful.
