So so much was happening the last months...
In the beginning of this book i said, i wanted to reach my goal (57kg) by the 10 July. I almost reached it, i was at about 59kg back then. I went to the UK on this day for 3 weeks and the food there was really unhealthy. I was living in a host family and they didn't cook any healthy foods. I tried to keep my eating habits healthy the first days, but the following days i fell in a kind of "sugar addiction". I was always buying iced coffee and sweets all the time and i didn't care about my nutrition. I don't know why this happened but i'm really sad about that. When i came home i continued eating healthy for a few days but then i got back to eating really unhealthy until a week ago. I gained a lot of weight and i bad for that, so i thought i'm gonna start this diary again.
So here we go.
