Heart dissolved in grief, as all bid adieu,
Sight monochrome and stripped of hues,
Of senses; and lingering thoughts brew -
If only there's a secret code!
Hidden cipher to make a breakthrough,
Panacea for broken heart, chances rued,
To make some amends, vows renewed -
Knowingly in vain, I implode.
None came to cheer or follow me abode
Stars forgot to flicker; nothing was owed.
Extinct, I walked through the barren road -
And crescent moon followed.
Now I'd like to take
