"YOU CAN DO IT!"

I watched her as the water of the sea slowly rose behind her as her hand shake just to control it. She is angry and I know why, but what can I do? Everything has changed since that day, the day when a nightmare began. It was a tragedy that I would never want to remember again. But so many questions always remind me of that day

Why?

What did I do wrong to suffer like this?

Is it wrong to love? Is it wrong to care?

Tears flowed from my eyes as I looked at her as I remembered every moment I wanted to forget. How is she acting as if her parent didn't die? I wish I could be as strong as he is

"This world is really cruel" was the first thing I told her

"Forget the past, then you will see the beauty of the world again"

Closing my eyes before turning around, I started walking away from that place. I couldn't stand it any longer, her words were enough for me to walk away. She always said everything was just a simple thing to do but she didn't know how difficult it would be for me. But, I knew she is hurt too, so she wanted us to forget everything

"That's it? Will you continue to remember them even after they die? We need to be strong for them"

I turned to her direction and saw a huge wave coming towards my place again. The wave was enough to kill thousands of people, she's really strong

I open and point my hand in her direction before the waves reached me. When the waves touched my hand slightly it simultaneously stopped it. It floated further and then dropped like rain

She looked at me seriously as I stared at her emotionless. The water was still pouring down like rain and we were both drowning. I slowly lowered my hand and smiled bitterly

"I will never forget the nightmare I experienced"

"Ahh!"

Agad akong napabangon ng hinihingal, puno ako ng pawis at habol habol ang aking hininga. Mabilis ang takbo ng aking puso habang nanginginig naman ang aking mga kamay

Dream? But who are they?

Tumayo ako at lumabas muna ng kwarto para pumunta sa kusina at uminom ng tubig. Mabuti na lamang kumalma na ang tibok ng aking puso pagkatapos kong uminom. Dahan dahan akong lumapit sa bintana bago ito binuksan. Napatingin na lamang ako sa kalangitan na nagsisimula ng lumiwanag, kitang kita ko ang papalitaw na araw habang dinig ko din ang mga huni ng ibon

The nightmare she experienced?

Ipinasawalang bahala ko na lamang iyon bago ibinalik ang tingin sa aking harap. Gumuhit ang isang ngiti sa aking labi bago bumalik muli sa aking kwarto at naligo. I did it as what my daily routine is, nagsuot lang din ako ng simpleng ripped pants at puting tshirt na may nakalagay na koronang itim. Ang aking sapatos naman ay black n white lamang. Pinagmasdan ko ang aking sarili sa salamin bago lumabas sa aking kwarto

Nandoon na silang lahat at mukhang ako na lamang ang hinihintay. Simula din ng araw na sumali kami sa warrior nalipat kami sa dorm na kung saan kaming magkakagrupo ang magkakasama. Ayaw pa nga ni Vishna na lumipat kasama kami ngunit dahil ka grupo na namin siya wala siyang choice

Katulad naman ng nakagawian pumunta kami sa cafeteria upang doon na lang kumain. Hindi na din bago ang mga estudyante na mapapatingin sa amin na mayroong mapanuring tingin. Kahit nga siguro sa pagupo namin nakasunod pa din sila ng tingin sa bawat galaw ng bawat isa sa amin
