"Why are you doing this?" I ask sitting in the warm car, he shrugs at me and starts the car warming up the heaters.
"Why were you out there?" he qestions and whimper, holding the side where I got slapped.He turns to me fastly grabbing my face, he growls and I flinch back
"Who did this?!" I slap his hand away, and I turn to the window.
"My mother" I whisper loud enough for him to hear and he tightens his grip on the steerimg wheel stiffening in his seat.
"Why?" A tears well up and I quickly wipe them away with my sweater, and sniffle queitly uncomfortable with the silence
"They kicked me out, or more likely I ran away" I told him and he smiles sadly
"Did you do something wrong?" I shake my head
"No, it was becase they all lied to me all these years." I tell him, and he rubs my back and I feel a weird tingly feeling go up my spine, I pull away fastly and he flinches.
"What were they lying about?" He asks, all these questions?!
"I'm adopted" I whisper lowly embarrassed, he turns to me, his mouth shaped into an O. I laugh sadly before turning back to the window
"We can go back to your house and we'll talk it out" I shake my head
"Mum hates me now, she never wants me part of their family. And she's angry that's why I got this" I say pointing to my red cheek, he growls lowly and look out the window confused
"Where are we going?" I ask and moves in his seat, and smiles
"Where else? We're going to my place silly" he tells me and I nod, I wonder what his family's like?
