Super angsty because that's just how I roll.

Y/N's POV
We stood at our spot behind the school, talking and chatting about us.
"Prom night was really fun." He mumbled, smirking slightly. I rolled my eyes.
"Yah Goranski, it was." I giggled, getting closer to him.
He was wearing my sweater today.
"You look really cute in my sweater." I smiled, touching his hair.

"I like your's too, but it'd look better on the floor."
He just cracked himself up didn't he?
"Weirdo." I giggled.
He connected our lips, he tasted like Mountain Dew Red, one of his favorites.
He grabbed the hem of my shirt and pulled it up over my head, leaving me in my tank-top.
The cold hit me like a punch and I stared at him, frowning.
He laughed.

"I love you-"
"N/N?"
I spun around and saw Jake standing at the edge of the football field. He was wielding a ball, watching us, with the most hurt look on his face. It made my heart ache.
But then his face transformed into something else. Something much, much angrier.

"Rich fucking Goranski get the hell away from my little sister!" He yelled.
I looked at Rich. He was beet red.
There was no covering this one up.
We were done for. Starting with Rich.
Jake came charging after him, and I saw the fury building his his fist.
Fury he'd regret later, but for right now he wouldn't care.

"Jake, JAKE STOP!" But it was too late.
His fist came flying, and hit Rich square in the face.
Rich flew backwards, landing on his back.
"JAKE, STOP!" I screamed.
He grabbed Rich by the collar and yanked him up.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"
He yelled.
I ran and grabbed Jake by the shoulders, pulling him back.
"Jake please, stop!" I screamed.
The scene playing out in front of me was one, that has pretty much, only been thought of on my:
"List of things that could happen if we got caught".

It was a very long list.

Rich's nose was leaking a dark red, and Jake's complexion was about as red.
I shivered and tugged at his arm.
There was a lot of screaming, maybe some more hitting I'm not sure.
It wasn't until one thing happened that it got really serious.

I hooked my arm through his and tugged really hard. "JAKE STOP IT!!"
He swung his arm around to stop me, and punched me square in the face, knocking me to the ground.

I know he didn't mean to, but it didn't stop the involuntary tears from spilling out of my eyes.
All the yelling stopped as I felt my stinging eye watering. I felt like a bruise might form there.
Jake was staring at me on the ground, speechless, a terrified Rich still dangling in his grasp.

"N/N, I-I'm so sorry." He whispered.
I couldn't see in my left eye, so I stood up with tears running down my face and sniffed.
"Put him down." It didn't come out as strong as I had hoped.
Jake reluctantly did so, but rushed to my side, moving his hand up to examine my face. I swatted it away. It hurt to much.

After a minute, we all calmed down.
"Are you okay?" He asked me.
"Yes." I was not.
He grabbed my jacket and slipped it over my head, wrapping an arm around me.
"We're going home."
He started walking with me.

"Rich, I'll s-"
"Let's go home." Jake cut me off, speaking loudly over me.
I felt like it would be difficult to come near him for a while.
And I honestly didn't know what was going to happen now.
