Jo and Alyssa was left standing at the door.
They didn't have time to response to Hannah. They both just smiled.Alyssa's eyes roamed around the hallway. An old man came from the elevator and walks slowly towards them. She looks at him and the old man stared at her too while he is walking. It was like a staring contest for the both of them. Until Jo snaps her fingers in front of her. Alyssa was startled and looked at Jo.
"Earth to Alyssa? What are you starting at?" Jo asked
"Nothing" Alyssa said and looked at the door of Hannah's apartment
"Okay, anyway. We are lucky to bumped on Hannah. Lucky for you. That is" Jo grinned at Alyssa
"Yeah, we are lucky today. Maybe because I'm wearing this green dress" Alyssa smiled
"Hmph! That's not it! But if you believe it. It's because you helped her, that's why" Jo and Alyssa both smiled at each other.
"And I guess that's not the only thing you got lucky" Jo teased Alyssa
Before Alyssa can answered, the door swung open and Hannah welcomed them inside. Jo and Alyssa's eyes roamed around the room.
It was not that big not too small.
"Excuse the mess, I tried my best" Hannah chuckled.
"We don't mind" Jo answered
Hannah showed them the apartment
"I have two rooms, though I only use one room. The other one, I used it for my things that I haven't unpacked yet.haha. this is a small kitchen,it's not that fancy but it does it's job. The bathroom is small, one toilet and a shower but it's fine. The water is good, but it's cold. The living room is small, I squeezed in a sofa and a small flat screen TV. I also have a small refrigerator beside the counter. So, is it okay for you Alyssa?" Hannah asked
"It's great! More than what I expected Hannah. I'm so glad we were able to meet you today, it feels so surreal."
"I should be the one thanking you for helping me today" Hannah added
Hannah and Alyssa was smiling and staring at each other
"Umm, so Alyssa. Do we go home now and come back tomorrow? Maybe we can still catch the last bus home" Jo said
Alyssa looked at the time,
"we don't have time to catch the last bus Jo"
Alyssa said
"Can we stay in the night Hannah? Don't worry we will pay you for tonight" Jo asked
"Sure you can stay, and you don't have to pay me" Hannah smiled
"We insist Hannah"
"Okay, fine. You can buy us all dinner and we are all good? How's that?" Hannah suggested
"Sure!" Jo immediately answered
"What do you like for dinner Hannah?"
"You" Hannah said flatly
Jo and Alyssa was silent.
"OMG, I mean, what do you like?" Hannah blushes
"No, you decide. But I like pizza and pasta" Alyssa added and chuckled
"I like pizza and pasta too" Hannah said
"What kind of pizza should we order in?"
Jo asked
"Hawaiian" Alyssa and Hannah chimed in
"One family size Hawaiian and three pastas then" Jo giggled and ordered through her phone.
"What kind of pasta do both of you like?" Jo asked.
