International Hugging Day
International hugging day is celebrated on the 21st day of January. You can acknowledge this holiday simply by giving a hug to someone. This holiday was first started by Kevin Zaborney, who felt that people were not giving enough physical affection to each other. He decided that after Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year, but before Valentine's day, there was a gap during which nobody was celebrating anything. So he started this holiday during that time. Hugging is known to have several good side effects. But the most important one is that it makes people happy!
