After the sleepover the crew was kind of split up. Riyah, Mario, Ruby and Jamal. Then me, Cesar, Monse and Marisol. It went on like this for about two weeks.
I decided to throw a party at the house to keep my mind off of Riyah.
Cesar walked out of his room and came into the living room. He sat on the couch next to me. "You still throwing that party tonight?"
I nodded, "Yep." I took a sip of my beer.
"Well, I'm inviting everyone to the party tonight Oscar."
I shrugged and frowned, "That's cool. Why you telling me fool?"
"Cause that means Riyah too."
I shook my head. "Why?"
"She's our friend that's why. What happened to you two? You used to be close as fuck and then nothing."
I shrugged my shoulder and kept watching t.v. "I don't know."
Cesar scoffed, "Well whatever, all the crew will be here tonight. Not just half."
"Whatever."

I pulled out my phone to text Riyah.
Cesar - Hey, Santos party tonight
Riyah - Cool
Cesar - You're coming!
Riyah - I'm good
Cesar - No you're not. I'm tired of the crew being split. So either come or I'll come to your house and drag you here.
Riyah - Ok ok
Cesar - seven o'clock
