Jason Morriston was a dead man.

He was six feet under. Rotten.

Jason Morriston was joining his brother.

Jason was so dead.

"He's so dead", said Marshall fuming with anger. "I will kill him with my bare hands", he continued.

He got up and a started patting down his pants and when he didn't find what he was looking for he marched out of the cafeteria.

I got up and ran after him.

"Where do you think you are going?", I asked.

By this time we were close to my parents and Marshall's jacket with his car keys.

"To kill Jay", he bluntly stated.

"Woah, who are we killing and why?", my father entered the conversation.

"Jay, he shot El"

El? Ew.

El? Luke allows people to call him El?

That was a surprise and it took me back a second. Luke was always called Luke and that's how he wanted it. He hated nicknames people gave him and he especially hated El because his rugby friends thought it was cool for their captain.

Now this is a surprise I am mentally noting to ask Luke about when he wakes up.

".... Jay?", I caught my father's question.

"Jay as in your friend?", my mother asked.

"Yes", Marshall and I chorused.

"Why would you say that?! That's not fa-", my mom was saying but as I looked to my right I saw Marshall was already marching out.

I ran out after him trying to stop him. Marshall wouldn't listen to me so I decided I would just go with him, I mean I also wanted to kill Jason.

"At least talk to me, Marshall", I said as I got into the car.

"And say what? That I might join my father soon?"

"Soon where? What are you even talking about?", I pestered.

"Jail. Remember I told you he killed his girlfriend?"

Shit.

Oh, yeah. The conversation we had earlier.

"Oh", was all I could let out.

It wasn't even long and we were on Lord Street.

Marshall knocked - no, kicked with his fists - on the door and a few moments later Jess opened the door.

"Where's your brother?", I asked.

"Why do you want to know?", her voice had sass in it.

Before she could finish the sentence, Marshall was pushing past her.

"Jay's not here! Marshall! He's not here!", yelled Jess.

"Then who the fuck us this?"

Marshall was pointing at the top of the stairs at the same time stalking towards the guy we were looking for.

"What's with all the noise?", asked Jay.

He looked at me and he wasn't even affected. He didn't flinch.

He shot my brother and he feels no remorse.

"The noise is your concern Jay?", I moved closer. "You shoot my brother and you ask me what's with the noise?"
