A/N - found this on my old laptop... wrote it ages ago! so while ti work on my fanfic here you go! next imagine will be part 2 of the last imagine - eddies sister :) 

'Jaeden don't be nervous they are only my friends' I said

'Exactly I need to make a good impression!' he said

'we've been dating for 2 months now, for which I've told them all good things. They will love you.' I said and grabbed his hand

He sighed and nodded 'Okay im ready.'

I laughed and opened the door to the restaurant where we were meeting

I walked in and saw my friends sat down

I waved at them and pulled Jaeden in with me

'Hey guys, this is Jaeden.' I said

One of them stood up

'Oh my god! Jaeden Martell!?!'

I frowned

'Do you 2 know each other?' I asked

Jaeden let go of my hand and I could tell he was becoming nervous

'What's going on?'

'You don't know your boyfriend is famous?' Millie said

'Famous?' I looked at Jaeden, but he was avoiding eye contact 'No he isn't famous, he would've told me...'

'Y/n...' He said

'Right?' I asked

He sighed and shook his head

'Why wouldn't you tell me?'

'I didn't want you to judge me.' He said

I frowned 'You think im that shallow?'

'What? No! No it's not like that.' He said, he tried to reach out, but I took a step back

'Im going to go.' I said

'Y/n don't be like that- '

'You lied to me! You kept a big secret from me how are we supposed to just go back to normal like that?'

he went to grab my hand again 

'No Jaeden, no. j-just leave me alone' I said, turning on my heel and leaving

Once I got home I sat down on the sofa and sighed

I did feel a little bad just leaving him there but I would be lying if I said I wasn't hurt by the fact he kept something like this form me. I wish he told me instead of me finding out the way I did

Shortly after there was a knock at the door

I opened it to see Emily, my best friend stood there

'y/n, bout before- '

'Just leave it.' I said, 'it's fine.'

'He left when you did, I think he feels really bad.'

'He did lie to me Emily.' I mumbled

'I get why your angry, but I really think you should talk to him. He had his reasons. You know what it's like, I can imagine it being scary to like someone in the public eye. Just in case they weren't genuine. Maybe he was just waiting to see what happens before telling you.'

I sighed 'Hate it when your right.'

She grinned 'I'm always right, besides he's outside.'

My eyes widened 'What?'

She nodded 'Looks like he's been out here a while.'

Jaeden popped up from behind her 'Urm hey.'

'I'l leave you 2 to it.' She winked and left

Jaeden walked forward 'Can we talk?'

I nodded and opened the door some more for him to walk in

'listen y/n, I get why you're angry. I would be too, but it's not that I don't trust you. I promise. I just didn't want to rush things and I knew I'd have to tell you first, but I just wanted to take things slow..' he said

'im sorry too. I should've been more understanding I was just hurt by the secrets and I guess I took it a little far.' I said

'start over?' he asked

I nodded and he pulled me into a hug

'I think your friends liked me though.' he laughed

I rolled my eyes "yeah cause you're some big celebrity! they knew you before I did"

he laughed "not the true me though"

"Thats true, only I know the goofy side."

"im not goofy!" he laughed

'but that's why I love you" I smiled, his face dropped at my words. it was the first time either of us had said it 

"I love you too."
