I woke up the next day to see Richie had his arms wrapped around me

I found myself smiling before it disappeared, remembering what happened last night at home

'Morning.' he mumbled

'Hey.'

'How are you feeling?' he asked

I just nodded and looked up at him

'You're safe now I promise, I won't let anyone else hurt you.'

I smiled 'Thank you Richie, honestly im so grateful.'

'Don't mention it.' he smiled

(time skip)

We were now stood outside the house on neibolt street, the clown just tried to get Beverly which thankfully he failed on. Now we were stood outside the house he apparently lived at

'Y/n no, you're not coming in.' Richie said

'B-but-'

'Please... just trust me on this one' he said and grabbed my shoulders

I sighed and gave a little nod

'j-just in case I don't come back' he said

I frowned but got interrupted when his lips smashed on mine

He pulled away and sighed

'guys make sure she doesn't come in.' he said and he followed Eddie and Bill inside

I was still in shock to even register what was going on

'that was so sweet.' Beverly said looking at me in awe

'what if he doesn't make it?'

'Don't worry, he's a fighter.' She smiled and grabbed my arm

Not long after we heard the guys screaming

My eyes widened and I went into panic

'We need to go in there!' I shouted and went to go in

Mike pulled me back

'no y/n, they know what they are doing.' he said

'Are you crazy!?' I said

We heard a massive bang, like someone or something had just fallen

'Now you do you believe me?' I said

Everyone's face changed, all of us losing the little hope we had

'Im going in, don't you dare stop me.' I said and walked over to the door

I tried to open it but no use

'What the- '

'Here.' Mike said and we all tried to pull the door open

The door finally opened and we saw Eddie on the floor, and the clown running towards Richie and bill

I quickly ran forward and shoved the spike through his head

The clown's face went all funny, he turned around and growled at us

I backed up, he reached out, his glove ripping open as his claws broke through. My eyes widened as he started walking over to me, cornering me

'Oi get away from her.' Richie said and stood in front of me
