Chapter 8

One day Arthit got call from on of detective he hired. 
Detective: Sir final we have some news.
After all this years finally a ray of hope brought tears in his eyes.
Arthit: Did you find them?
Detective: Yes. But its not good news.
This words wiped little hope Arthit just got. He thinks can they be dead. No I shouldn't hear this. I can't. The reason i am alive is this hope. If it's gone how will I carry forward.
Detective: Sir are you there?
Arthit: Yes sorry. So what is it?
Detective: I have found out about location of your wife and son. It looks like local tribes of forest took them from place. 
Arthit: ok so did you check with tribe?
Detective: Yes I did.
Arthit: and???
Detective: I am sorry to inform you that your wife didn't survive the crash. They did her burial.
Arthit started crying loud. It's so loud that whole house can hear Arthit's mourn. They got worried and ran towards Arthit's room. While crying Arthit suddenly remember Mikon.
Arthit while crying: What about my son?
Detective: hmm. Sir I will explain you once we meet. I don't think..
Arthit interrupt him and said: I am fine tell me now what is it?
Detective: Actually there is good news and bad news.
Arthit: Tell me good news first. I already heard worst news.
Detective: Your son is alive. 
Arthit: thank god. So what is bad news?
Detective: Tribals doesn't like outsider,so a sage was keeping him in his hut. Although they informed me that when he left their area he was in good health.
Arthit: So it's not bad, just find sage. I am ready to pay whatever is required.
Detective: It's not that sir. I already found sage. But when I reached their, he already died. And your son was not there in hut.
(Sage died after few months Kong left him due to his poor health and old age)
Arthit: Did you check in neighborhood? or with authorities over there??
Detective: Actually the hut is in very secluded area. There are no people around. I contacted some people but so far they have never seen any child with Sage. I am sorry to say but I am not able to find any clue to track your son.

Arthit just cut when he noticed his parents, Kong's parents and May have reached to his room. They all asked what happen?
Arthit informed them everything.
May: Arthit keep faith at least now you know your son is alive somewhere. Hopefully we will be able to track him someday. You have to stay strong for that day.
Arthit's father: Son now as we know Misha is no more. So I think we should do funeral for Misha. She deserves it.
Arthit nodded while wiping his tears. 

They all arranged funeral for Misha. Arthit at funeral promised to himself while looking at Misha's pic that I won't give up on hope till I find where Mikon is. No matter how many days, months or years pass by I will keep waiting for our son, I won't give up on my life.

On the other side Kong travelled to many places with the boy but he just can't find out any information about Atid's family.
Kong thinks it would have been so easy to get things done if he had his family fortune. Money would have made it easy. Kong even thought to go back to his family. But then he though he can't be that selfish. He left his parents for something which was not even their fault and after all this years he goes back just because he needs money. He can't & how will he face everything.
So he decided to not to think about this option.

Atid is more than 5 year old. For him Kong is everything since he was too small when he got separated from his parents hardly remember anything about them. He calls Kong daddy.
Atid while looking at other children: Daddy why can't we stay at one place.
Kong: Because we need to keep searching for your mommy.
Atid: I don't want to.
Kong: Don't you miss your mommy.
Atid: I don't even remember her face. Moreover she doesn't love Atid.
Kong with wide eyes: Why you think that?
Atid: Because everyone say that if she loves me why she left me?
Kong has no answer to Atid's question as he can't reveal actual truth to Atid.
Kong with serious voice: No mommy loves Atid.
Atid started crying.
Kong: What happen? I wasn't scolding you?
Atid: It's not that.
Kong after wiping Atid's tears: What is it? Is there something bothering you?
Atid: I want to go school like them.

Kong realised that Atid is right. He can't waste Atid's childhood like this. He needs good schooling to be better person in future. 
Kong: Oh such a small thing don't worry I will put you in school. Now stop crying.
Atid smiled.
Kong: Now go and play with your friends.

When Atid went Kong thinks about there financial situation. Till now it was just food and rent, Kong managed that by working here and there. But how will he manage school fees and other expenses?

After thinking a lot Kong started searching for permanent job. After few efforts he finally got job.
He went to school for Atid's admission. While filling form he got confused as what should he write in parents name and how will he be able to get birth certificate. So he decided to meet with school admission counselor in this regard.
